Evidently, I'm not able to attach the big spreadsheet of all the cheeses we ate in my cheese-tasting class but I have it and if you're interested in expanding your cheese horizons, let's talk! It's separated by region: France, Spain, Italy, etc. and there's a ton of different styles of cheese.
For me, the best part of the class was just that now, I treat myself to some new cheese when I'm at the Co-op instead of buying the same sharp cheddar I always buy. It's nice to learn a little bit about the process, too. So, if you want cheese recommendations, want to learn about cheesemaking (why is yellow cheddar yellow?) or want to try something new, I'm your gal!
