If you never thought cupcakes could be manly, here you go! I made these for a dinner we're going to tonight and they look super yummy. The batter has molasses, orange rind, and of course Guinness! Martha's recipe calls for a glaze on top but I can't imagine doing cupcakes without buttercream, so I reduced some more Guinness into syrup and flavored the frosting with that. Can't wait to see how they go over!
