It seems about right that today, after spending a few days in the beautiful sunshine of Los Cabos, that it's a drizzly spring day back in Minnesota! We met Oliver's mom and dad and Greta there to enjoy some family time in the warmth of Mexico. It had been a long time since Greta and Jorge had seen Norah, so it was much welcomed time together.
The pool was a big hit, splashing and jumping with her abuelo.
Norah did great on the trip - I couldn't have asked for her to have been any better on the plane, out to dinner, hanging out during the day, even chasing around Los Cabos to find Oliver's much-loved tacos al pastor. With all the daytime excitement, it's no surprise she slept like a champ, too.
In non-Norah related news, we got some awesome whale sightings most days. I'd be reading or playing with Norah and suddenly hear someone shout, "The whales!" A couple of times it was a single whale but several times it was a mother and baby. Really, really cool!
