A year ago today we signed a purchase agreement for the house! It's hard to believe everything that's happened in the past year: we moved in, rapidly unpacked, welcomed Norah to the party, and turned this old lady of a house into our cozy home! We've ditched some gaudy ceiling fans, painted the living room, dining room and kitchen, decorated a nursery, learned more than we wanted to know about ice dams, grown to love (or at least like) a Crest-toothpaste-inspired paintjob in the one spare bedroom, and planted our first vegetable garden.
Sure there's always something to do next, but we're so glad to have a home that seems just about right for our little family!
