Keep Goin' Strong, Old Lady!

Once upon a time, we bought a used Volvo. We took her on a road trip from Minnesota to our new home in New Hampshire. She busted an axle chauffeuring us through potholes galore during our  Garden State adventure and one time, in Quebec, she ran into a little trouble and was rescued by a French-Canadian tow truck!

Back in Minnesota, she brought Norah home from the hospital (Ryan came home in the Civic, he wanted to start learning to drive a standard early...) and gets our family around safely in even the most treacherous winters. Last summer, she fell in a hole, but we patched her up good as new and TODAY, she reached 100,000 miles!

As the Car Talk guys would point out, she's about halfway to the moon. Our goal is to get her all the way there.
