Usually, we keep her swaddled so her arms are down, but when she's not, or when she can wiggle an arm free from her swaddle, Norah likes to hang out with one arm up by her head (she actually came out that way - with one arm by her neck) which is EXACTLY how Oliver sleeps. Too cute :)
